I think there's something about drinking with Contagion that somehow makes you into more of a drinker than you usually are - drunkard through osmosis or some such thing. I ended up drinking a pint of that Ukrainian porter and 4 (well, 3.5) of that BigButt doublebock, both of which are sort of heavy-hitting beers. And which is about 4x as much as I usually drink in one sitting. I was, admittedly, slightly hung over the next morning - but thanks to the joys of flex-time and voluntary overtime, I didn't go into work until noon :)
